D.K.Malik, Founding Chairman & Managing Director

His vision and dedication towards the same, lead to the inception of DK Malik & Co, a proprietary firm in 1968 which later became DKM Group which is an erstwhile accounting firm with expertise in sales tax, financial budgeting and projections. His initial days were about revival plans of ailing PSU’s with the ministry of heavy industry.

Mr.Malik worked closely with the board of industrial finance reconstruction during 80’s.His work was well appreciated and resulted in early outsourcing projects with the industry leaders in 1989-90 and the stepping stone of DKM Group was established.

Tarun Malik, Chief Executive Officer

Tarun joined the group in 1997 and worked closely with Mr.D.K.Malik after his MBA in Finance. Abiding by the company values, he earned the position through hard work and constant innovation in systems & processes and thereby took DKM Group to DKM Online by launching robust solutions in Outsourcing & Offshoring.

Tarun manages the client front-end for domestic and international clients and is also looking after DKM Group’s overall Strategy & Marketing.

Vipul Malik,Director – Information Technology

Vipul is managing the technology division at DKM Group and it also responsible for customization and IT enabled service design & offering for entire DKM Group. He shoulders immense responsibility of assuring error free technology services, data back up and smooth operations across divisions for each of its client.

D.R.Khanna, Director – Mumbai Divison

Devendra Khanna is a Chartered Accountant with almost a practice of more then three decades. He is an expert in Audits, Direct & Indirect Taxes and has worked with DKM on the most challenging projects.

He is been an asset for DKM Group and is been a constantly contributing to improvise & better the company’s Payroll and Retiral Benefit division. He manages our Mumbai division.

V.Mohan, Partner – International Business

Mohan has more than 20 years of experience in MNCs in various roles. His expertise includes Finalization of Accounts & GAAP reporting, System Implementation, Start-ups & Fund raising, Corporate Planning & Strategy, Supply Chain & Sales Administration, Treasury Management, Operation Management, People Management and Transitions.

In his role as Senior AVP at OPI, he managed one of OPI’s premier clients, a Big 4 CPA firm valued at over $15 million annually and was instrumental in setting up their India office with a staff strength of over 750.
Mohan also has corporate experience working with IDM Ltd (A subsidiary of HCL Ltd); PEPSICO India, TEFAL India (Groupe SEB Company), HUTCH and Elysees Beaute Dubai. Mohan is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant from India & U.S. and holds an MBA in International Management. Additionally, he completed the Franklin Covey Leadership Training Program.
His interests are in Numismatics, Philately and Traveling.
